FD Terms

These Terms govern your use of the FuelDosth app, operated by FuelDosth. By using the App you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We built FuelDosth to help you find better fueling options with clearer local information.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. The App is for use within India only. Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it current.

Sign in with mobile OTP and/or Google as offered. You are responsible for device and account security, all activity under your account, and not sharing your account. Notify contact-support@fueldosth.in if you suspect unauthorized use.

Features may include nearby stations, price and wait-time info, crowd-sourced updates, vehicles, leaderboard, fuel logs, and interest in upcoming features such as Pit Stop. Features may change, pause, or run in beta as we improve the product.

Price and wait-time updates must be accurate, allowed under App rules (including proximity checks), and free of falsehood or manipulation. We may review, reject, or reverse contributions. Abuse may lead to credit penalties or blocking. By contributing, you allow FuelDosth to show that content so others get fresher fueling information.

FuelDosth / FDAdmin alone decides how contributions are recognized, credit amounts, value, cash or other benefits, redemption rules, and changes over time. Credits are not transferable personal property and create no guaranteed entitlement. We may adjust or forfeit credits for abuse or breach of these Terms.

The leaderboard may show the top 25 users (for example username, avatar, city/state, credits) under rules we set. Ranking and display may change. Appearing on the leaderboard is recognition of contribution, not a contractual prize unless we say otherwise for a specific campaign.

FuelDosth / FDAdmin may suspend, restrict, or permanently block any user at any time, with or without prior notice, for unwanted activity, safety, disciplinary reasons, legal requests, or other reasons we consider necessary. You accept that we may take all lawful actions for misuse (warnings, credit penalties, blocks, reports to authorities where required).

Do not impersonate others; submit false station data; scrape App data without permission; reverse engineer or attack our systems; introduce malware; use the App for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal purposes; or violate Indian law on unlawful online content.

With your permission we use location for nearby stations and trustworthy contributions. Maps may use third-party providers (such as Google) under their own terms.

The App, branding, and software are owned by FuelDosth or licensors. You retain rights in content you submit but grant FuelDosth a license to host, display, and use it to operate the App and serve other users better fueling information.

We use helpers such as OTP, maps, cloud hosting, and (if enabled) ads. Those parties have their own terms. FuelDosth is not responsible for their outages or errors beyond our reasonable control.

Prices and wait times may come from users and system feeds. We work hard to serve accurate info but cannot guarantee every figure at the pump. The App is provided as is and as available. Fuel purchase decisions remain yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, FuelDosth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the App. Total aggregate liability for claims relating to the App or these Terms shall not exceed ₹5,000. This is a ceiling, not a promise to pay. Liability that cannot be limited by law (for example fraud or willful misconduct by FuelDosth) is not excluded.

You agree to indemnify FuelDosth against claims and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. You also accept FuelDosth’s lawful enforcement actions for misuse.

You may request deletion in the App or via contact-support@fueldosth.in. We may terminate inactive or violating accounts. Termination may include denial of access and deletion or anonymization of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms and the Last updated date. For material changes we will provide notice in the App and/or email where reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. Contact: contact-support@fueldosth.in.
